Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the dive.
If you cancel within 24 hours, the deposit will be non-refundable.
You will receive a full refund if Manta Diving Lanzarote cancels due to weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances.
To cancel your booking, please contact us by phone: (+34) 649 121 142.
No-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Courses

I understand that the payment covers access to the online theory, which is non-refundable once issued.

5. Consent

By confirming your reservation or ticking the consent box, you agree that Manta Diving SCP may process your information in accordance with this Reservation Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Medical Policy – Manta Diving Lanzarote

Completion of a medical questionnaire is required for every booking. You can view the form by clicking the medical button below.

If you answer “No” to all the questions on page 1, you do not need a medical certificate from a doctor.
If you answer “Yes” to questions 3, 5, or 10 on page 1, or to any question on page 2, you must provide a valid diving medical certificate confirming you are fit to dive.
The medical certificate must be issued within the last 12 months.

👉 Important: If a medical certificate is required and you arrive without a valid one, you cannot dive and your deposit will be forfeited.
